The special court of the NIA in Kochi has sentenced Subhani Haza Moideen, a terrorist associated with the terrorist organization ISIS, to life imprisonment for waging war against India and the Iranian government and being involved in terrorist activities. The court has also imposed a fine of Rs 2,10,000 on him. NIA arrested terrorist Subhani in Tamil Nadu in 2016
कोच्चि की NIA की विशेष अदालत ने आतंकी संगठन ISIS से जुड़े आतंकी सुब्हानी हाजा मोइदीन को भारत और इरानी सरकार के खिलाफ युद्ध छेड़ने और आतंकी गतिविधियों में शामिल होने का आरोपी मानते हुए उम्र कैद की सजा सुनाई है। कोर्ट ने उस पर 2,10,000 रुपये का जुर्माना भी लगाया है। NIA ने 2016 में तमिलनाडु में आतंकी सुब्हानी को गिरफ्तार किया था।
